I requested estimates from EcoView & another major competitor to replace all the windows and two doors in our house. We were looking to upgrade the entire house to high impact (shutter-less), peak efficiency windows & doors. Both estimates were close in overall price, but we chose EcoView because... we felt they offered the best product & better customer service. Our sales rep, Shannon took the time to explain every aspect of the process. He even demonstrated how EcoView products work & how their "SolarFlect" technology works to increase energy efficiency while lowering your electric bill. He really wanted to earn our trust & earn our business; whereas, we felt the competitor had sort of a "take it or leave it" attitude. We ordered the windows & doors right in the middle of the supply chain issues. Although our order & subsequent install kept getting delayed, EcoView's customer service was top notch. Kristen would email us w/ constant updates on our order. Angela worked w/ us on scheduling our installation that best suited our needs while Randi made sure our windows and doors were certified and permitted. Finally, Joe, Shane, & Josh were our installers and we couldn't ask for a better crew. They are pros at what they do & their workmanship really showed. I would like to thank EcoView Windows and Doors very much for our new windows and doors. From the beginning where the salesman made it so easy for us to the installation which was done extremely well with very little cleanup. We are so pleased with everything. The office staff were also amazing.... Of course, there was a bit of a wait but under the circumstances that wasn't a factor. Our windows and doors are hurricane proof and beautiful.
